Products are delivered digitally by email. No box, disc or other physical item is shipped. Digital delivery is free. Your order receipt confirms the purchase, and a fulfillment email provides your software details.

Your fulfillment email contains the license or registration information supplied for your order, download instructions and any other components expressly included in the offer. A manufacturer account, internet access and acceptance of the manufacturer’s terms may be required.

Standard handling time is 0–1 processing days after cleared payment. Processing days are Monday–Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays. The daily cutoff is 14:00 in the America/Los_Angeles timezone, which observes daylight-saving changes. Orders after the cutoff begin processing on the next processing day. Digital transit time is zero after fulfillment information is sent.

Payment or security reviews may take longer. We will explain a material delay and provide an updated estimate and available cancellation options. If we cannot deliver the promised entitlement, we will offer an appropriate remedy, including refund where applicable.

Products identified as USA editions are intended for the regional use permitted by their manufacturer’s license. Contact us before ordering if you plan to use a USA edition outside the USA so we can help check regional eligibility.
