Prices and currency
Our website displays prices in US dollars (USD). Review the item, quantity, discount, applicable taxes and final amount before authorizing payment. Electronic delivery is free. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction charges.
Payment methods
The payment methods available for your order are those actually offered by the payment provider at checkout. Availability can depend on your country, device and provider. Do not assume every payment logo represents a method available for every order. If checkout redirects you to a payment provider, review the merchant, product and total on that page before paying. Contact us if they do not match your order.
Order confirmation and fulfillment
An order acknowledgement is not confirmation that a payment has cleared or that a usable license has been delivered. Pending, declined or reviewed payments can delay fulfillment. We will explain any issue that prevents us from accepting or fulfilling a paid order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the amount collected.
Software term and renewal
An upfront payment does not by itself give permanent software rights. The exact manufacturer entitlement determines the term, eligible users, registration requirements and access to connected services. Before ordering, obtain clarification of any license duration, renewal charge or condition that is not clear in the listing. We do not guarantee lifetime use, lifetime updates or manufacturer support.
A recurring commitment must be clearly explained before authorization, including its interval, renewal process and cancellation route. We will not impose a new recurring charge without the required disclosure and authorization.
Discounts and billing errors
A coupon is valid only if accepted at checkout under its stated conditions. Verify the discounted total before payment. If a price or payment error occurs, we will investigate and correct it; we will not silently substitute another product or charge extra without your agreement.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable law. Report billing issues with your order number and amount. Contacting us does not waive payment-provider dispute rights. Please do not email passwords, card numbers or security codes.
