Our software products are supplied electronically. No physical package needs to be returned and no return shipping fee applies.
Incorrect or defective delivery
Contact us if you receive the wrong edition, platform, region or user entitlement, or if the delivered activation information is invalid or incomplete. Include your order number, purchase email and a description of the problem. Redact private information from screenshots.
We will investigate and offer an appropriate correction or lawful replacement without an additional charge. If the promised entitlement cannot be supplied within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, an appropriate refund will be available under our Refunds & Returns Policy and applicable law. Attempting installation or activation does not remove remedies for a defective or misdescribed product.
Changing your selection
You may request an exchange for an unused, unactivated entitlement within 30 calendar days from delivery. A voluntary exchange depends on verifying that the original entitlement has not been used and can lawfully be cancelled or returned. We will explain any refusal. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
We will identify the replacement product, its license conditions and any price difference before you agree. Any change to the edition or user configuration will be agreed with you first.
How to request an exchange
Email contact@elitequickbooks.com with your order number, purchase email and requested remedy. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Investigation can take longer; we will explain the next step and expected timeframe.
Email and compatibility issues
If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us promptly so we can verify the purchase and attempt secure redelivery. Incompatibility is assessed against the requirements and advice provided before purchase; inaccurate descriptions or advice do not remove your remedies.
Replacement entitlement
Where an exchange requires cancellation of the original license, we will explain the authorized process. Stop using an original entitlement once it has lawfully been cancelled and replaced.
