This notice explains personal information processing through elitequickbooks.com. Visiting the website is not blanket consent to all tracking or marketing. For privacy enquiries and requests, use the email above.
Information processed
We process information supplied when you order, create an account or contact us: contact details, billing information requested by checkout, order records, account details and correspondence. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy notices; our store receives transaction/status information needed to handle the order.
Website infrastructure and enabled integrations can process IP addresses, browser/device information, security logs, page activity and cookie or similar identifiers. Our store uses WordPress/WooCommerce, payment integrations, email delivery, Tidio chat, Mailchimp-related functionality, statistics and Google tracking integrations. The availability of an integration does not mean every feature processes every visitor’s data.
Purposes and legal bases
We use necessary information to process purchases, deliver entitlements and provide requested support; to keep legally required tax/accounting records; and to protect the website, investigate fraud and address disputes.
